Paris Nights A4 Card FrontCompleted by Giselle Topper
OccasionI am totally into the chalked effect at the moment - so just love this card!!! I started by printing the sheet onto white cardstock with the two to a page setting on my printer - so I could use one sheet for decourpage.
I cut along the bottom of the printed scalloped bit and squared off the pink border frame on the second sheet.
This panel I used as the decourpage and mounted with foam tape. I then took an A5 white Crafty Bob's Card Base and punched out the RH side corners on the front.
I then mounted the base topper, lining it up with the design on the punched corner, with DST.
This meant it was rather close to the LH spine - but didn't matter, I was going to place the pink organzer ribbon down that side.
To fill in the white space around the edge I added a silver peel-off border. Oh, and the little hearts that appear on the black strip above the stamp - are the cutouts from the punched border.
Love how it turned out.
