The banners on the front of this card are a wonderfully simple way to add an eye catching touch. The fact that they are not all the same size means that if you slightly misalign a banner it is not a glaring mistake.

I printed the design on matte photo paper and cut out the pieces - even the owl is quick and easy to cut out. I flat stuck the main design to my base card. I raised the owl on 1mm foam and the banners on 2mm strips of foam.

A quick but very effective card for a friend.
