Happy Birthday My True Soul Mate

I printed on matte card printing the picture a second time, I wet glued the first picture to a matching base card and from the second picture I cut out the framed couple and added as the first layer of decoupage with foam squares.

I used a matching glitter on the edge of the frame, silver glitter on the hair and added the pink glittered die cut butterflies and finished with tiny gems on the butterflies bodies.

I made a matching envelope to complete.
