Happy BirthdayCompleted by Margaret Swann

I printed this on glossy photo paper and cut out the decoupage which I mounted using foam pads, having trimmed the bottom left corner to make sure it showed the sentiment. I added silver pearls to the centres of the flowers and attached to a white card blank using double sided tape.

A really pretty card and quite quick to make.
