I attached the background image to some pearl card. I cut out all the elements and added each layer to the card with foam dots, a whole bear and then it’s head, plus the sentiment.

The other card I just used the centre of the background image and layered the bear again and added a happy birthday sentiment.

I decorated it with gems.
