Enough with the BalloonsCompleted by Margaret Swann

I printed this on textured card, cut out the elements and used Gelly Roll sparkle pens to add sparkle to the edges of some of the balloons before mounting the decoupage using foam pads.

I then attached it to a blank textured card.

Perfect for a 'Grumpy Old Man' who doesn't want to be reminded it's his birthday!
