Dolphin at Play Card Topper
Print topper page onto 200GSM cardstock or photopaper.
Attach to blank card with DST or glue.
Cut and attach decoupage layers and sentiments with 3D Tape.
Sentiments included : Happy Birthday, Thinking of You, Special Friend, With Love and a Blank

I reduced the size enough to be able to use a 5"x7" card with space around the picture, then printed two copies on matte photo paper.
Attached one topper with strong dst to a blue card that I embossed with a bubble design, then diecut waves from two blue papers and layered them at the bottom of the card with dots of glue.
Cut the dolphin picture from the second topper, backed it with the lighter blue "wave" color and added to the first topper with foam tape.
Cut lots of bubbles from the second topper, scattered and attached them with silicone gel, also the sentiment and dolphin mouth and fins.
Added some sparkly glitter glue to the wave tops and shiny glaze to the floating bubbles. What a cheerful little fellow :-)
