I printed on to 160gsm. I cut out the main topper and adhered to an A5 card. I didn't like the amount of 'empty space', so I trimmed the edge as a curve. I cut out a couple of layers and a sentiment and adhered with foam pads.
I cut out the insert and adhered inside the card with wet glue. I cut out one of the small images and adhered to the back of the card with wet glue.
