I printed this on plain card and cut out the pieces which I added using foam pads and I chose to use the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment. I added a decorative gold peel off round the design before attaching to a white card blank again using foam pads.

A quick and lovely (especially for Thomas the Tank fans) card to make.
