Birthday Bingo Friends Funny Theme A4 Portrait Topper.Completed by Margarette Blakeborough

I resized this to a 7x5 card and printed on matte card twice. I used the second print to give me some decoupage using foam squares to add.

I gave some highlights with glitter paint and Glossy Accents on the glasses before printing an insert and envelope on 100gsm paper to complete.
