Steampunk Blue Car for Fathers Day in Clock Frame A4Completed by Carolyn Norris

I downloaded Nick Bowley's card sheet and then printed multiple copies. The 3D effect was achieved with foam pads between each of the layers. The car is three layers and the other items are two layers attached to a complete card front picture of the original printout.

I edged this card front with a dark brown stamping ink. Then I attached it, on an angle, with double sided tape, to a golden yellow piece of textured cardstock. This cardstock was then adhered to a dark brown easel card base. Inside I glued a cream piece of cardstock for writing a message.

A strip of the yellow matte cardstock is adhered to the outside edge of the cream cardstock. Resized, tiny 3D objects from the card's "Steam Punk" frame are adhered to the strip with foam pads to form the ledge for the easel to catch on.

This was a fun and easy card to make. It would suit many different occasions.

All you would need to do is change the Sentiment on the frame.
