I printed the sheet - with two images on a page to the 5 x 7 size so that I could create some decourpage.
One, I used as the base topper and the other I cut out the three balloons and the front of the sports car up to the shape of the champagne bottle.
I mounted the decourpage with foam tape. I then matted the base topper onto a slightly larger hotpink cardstock with foam tape to add dimension. With DST then adhering to a black base card.
I added the green Liquid pearl dots to some of the letters the 21 peel off and stars and the headlights with Liquid Pearls Diamond.
Whellah!!!! It was finished - hope you like it.
Printed twice on A4 white card 210gsm and cut out. Main card I stuck on prefolded white card 220gsm with DS tape, trimmed off any white edges. The second piece I cut out only around bottle and front green balloon. I decoupaged on main card with DS foam pads.
I stuck on gold peel off 'Nephew' and numbers (on balloon). I finished off with silver glitter glue on sentiment, car balloons and bottle. Lovely colourful card.
