I printed on matte card, printed a copy of the picture as well and cut away the outer edges leaving just the circle of bricks and the car and use this as the first layer of decoupage using foam squares.

I used a copper/gold glitter mix on the edge of the picture, sentiments and on the inner edge of the tunnel then finished with Glossy Accents on the lights.
