Valentines DayCompleted by Diane Vermeer

Printed onto gloss photo paper. The topper was stuck to a pink Matte, and then using DST I stuck the Topper to a white scalloped edge card.

Decoupage was added using foam pads. I put some crystal glitter on parts of the hearts. This is a lovely design.
