Paris Valentine Love Stamp A4 Card FrontCompleted by BECCY WILTON

I printed on to white 250 gsm card and cut out the topper. I then printed again and cut out the heart and tower section. I then used silicone glue to put this in place and add some dimension.

After adding ribbon,a bow and glitter glue i layered on to coloured card and then on to a card blank.

A gorgeous topper!
