Heart Balloons with Flowers and Butterflies on Blue HeartCompleted by Sharon Wilson

Printed on photo paper twice. Put main sheet on a blue background sheet. From 2nd printing I cut out center and put down with foam pads. I used crystal clear gel pen to highlight. This very pretty design sheet is by Nick Bowley cup 395208_415.
