I cutout the main card front and attached it to a plain white A5 card. I then cutout the decoupage and built up the layers using sticky pads. The last layer was attached using thinner pads. I then added a sparkly peeloff border around the picture.
Easy to assemble.
Result - A glam Congratulations card.
