I matted my background paper with dark cream and then dark blue card, then glued it to an A5 card blank.

I re-sized the image in Word, matted it onto dark cream card, inked the edges in dark blue and stuck it to the backing paper using foam pads, added some dazzles, a ribbon bow and glitter glue to the stars.

I made the sentiment on my computer and added it with foam pads.
