I printed this out twice. One was for my card and printed on 230 gsm matte photo paper and the second was on 130 gsm matte photo paper.
From the second sheet I cut out the elements I wanted for decoupage and added them to my card with silicone glue.
To finish I used liquid pearls for 'nail polish'. A really cute design for Valentines Day.
