I printed the design twice onto quality photo paper, cut out the frame from one and decoupaged it with foam pads onto the other copy. (The inner picture I will use on the insert inside the card.) I matted it onto a black square textured card base to one side and also attached the stitched piece I made from cup20869_126 to the other side, as shown.

This elegant design would be suitable for a host of different occasions, for males or females.
