Black Blossom Fan A4 Picture Sheet
This A4 sheet is for making a A4 card topper or picture. You can either just simply print out and stick to your card or picture, or print a couple of times and make your own decoupage.
Sized very slightly smaller then A4, just enough to matt n' layer on to your project. Please cut the small tab away before use, this does not affect the picture.

i down sized this by 50%, printed twice onto semi gloss photo paper, glued base image onto red pearlescent paper then onto good quality card stock. applied gold peel offs round card edges and image. cut out the fan from the second image decoupaged onto base image, applied gold glamour dust to fan and tassle, a diamond gem stone to middle of bow. applied a gold butterfly to card and finished with a pink bow and happy birthday sentiment really nice card when finished.
