I printed the image onto photo paper at 25% and cut out. I matted some stripy blue paper onto blue card and then onto silver mirri before attaching it to the card blank.
I added the image with pinflair glue.
I included a sentiment, paper candy and stickles glitter to complete the look. A lovely, fun image.
