For the Love of Dance - HipHop 1Completed by Pamela Horton The whispering Platypus

Del Neubauer has certainly captured the exhilarating feeling of the love of dance in this stunning image. I printed the sheet supplied twice.

One opy is on light white card, which I have used to form the card front topper, and one copy is once on vellum which I have used as part of the insert.

The white card copy I have used on the outside of the prepared ivory 15 x 10.5cm card front, using a textured denim blue backing sheet to attach to the card front with padded D.S. tape.

I then used a white backing sheet cut at 12.5 x 9cm to define all 4 edges with a silver metallic pen before attaching the main image onto this backing sheet using D.S. tape.

Before attaching this to the denim backing sheet I attached the silver organza and satin ribbon across the front and secured it at the back, and attached 2 layers of the green splash, a scrap of the same ribbon and a silver split pin.

I used padded D.S. tape to attach this main image onto the card front. I then finished the decoupage and added the silver peel off strips to the ivory card front.

To complete the insert, I used wet glue to attach the first layer of the vellum main image and then padded tape pieces to complete the decoupage main image and wet glue for the musical notes.

I added my own sentiment and one of the supplied sentiments. I wrote the verse which I have included in the free verse section of my home page. I made a smaller silver bow and covered the verse sheet with vellum and a green splash.
