I printed this card top onto gloss photo paper. I used two copy's, one to decoupage, and one for the main picture.
I used foam squares for the decoupage, and DST. to mount first onto a printed racing flag background, and then onto black card stock, that I folded to make the card.
This is a quick, and easy card top to do.
A very nice design.
