STEAM TRAIN BIRTHDAY ETC

For a Steam Train Enthusiast of any age. A useful card topper for all and any celebration. I printed this out on Crafty Bob's Hi Gloss card and trimmed it to measure 10.5 cm. square, leaving the double royal blue lines as a feature.

I then inked the edges with a royal blue permanent marker. The card is a dark royal blue 14cm x 14cm. The topper is mounted with D.S Crafty Bob's padded shapes onto the same royal blue card (11cm x 11cm).

The remainder of the topper is completed with white card (12cm x12 cm.) and then olive green card (13x 13cm.) to highlight the green foreground of the card photograph.

NOTE: As I used core card I have inked each piece of card with a permanent marker in the matching shade.

To high light the stars I used a tiny spot of "Mod Podge Dimensional Magic" and allowed it to dry overnight.

The Happy Birthday sentiment I edged in the royal blue marker, and then mounted it onto the royal blue card colour and used the padded D.S squares to adhere it to the card front.

To finish off I added topaz rhinestones to each corner of the sentiment, and the tan bow to the left top of the card.

All done in less than half an hour. An absolutely delightful result and so quick and easy.
