Super easy card to make and cut out. Print this card onto a heavy card stock. Cut out, score and fold in the middle. Add your decoupage layer next. If you want it as just a topper, print onto a med weight card stock and cut in half.

Use to topper on front and the other piece you could use as a insert layer.
