I printed on matte card twice from the 2nd sheet I cutout around the bank and the people and used foam squares to add to the card.I finished with glitter on the moon and edges of the banks.

I printed this sheet several times onto good quality photo paper. I attached one to a card blank and added the others in corner stacker layers with foam pads. I also added a border.
