Pretty French Lady in Blue Gown A4Completed by Gail Pennycuick

I printed the design twice onto quality photo paper, cut out the figure from one copy and decoupaged it onto the other.

Onto a cream shimmer square card I layered some floral patterned paper in complementary colours and laid a strip of blue embossed paper down one side.

I attached the image beside it and finished with some bling flourishes as shown. This is a truly lovely design that could be used in a lot of different ways.
