My New DressCompleted by Simply Paper

I printed off the decoupage sheet and cut out the base image using a paper trimmer and small scissors to cut out the decoupage layers. I affixed the base layer using double sided tape and the decoupage layers using foam squares.

This is perfect to use as an all occasion card but it can be transformed into a birthday card using the included greeting tag.
