Divine DecoCompleted by Margaret Swann

I printed this on Crafty Bob's glossy photo paper and cut out the decoupage which I mounted using foam pads.

I chose the 'Happy Birthday' sentiment and then attached the finished piece to a glossy white card blank using double sided tape.

A really elegant card and quite quick to make.
