Celebrate Deco at 60Completed by Jean-Marie Penny

I printed this onto 120gsm satin finish paper. The base layer was stuck centrally onto an A5 card blank with DST.

I then built up the decoupage layers using 2mm sticky pads and using a quickie glue pen I added crystal glitter to the head dress, gloves, shoes and dress and also the 3 'gems'.
