Printed out 2 copies of the image onto good quality photo paper. I followed the scalloped shape of the image to form the card front. I mounted the first layer with 1mm foam pads.
I then cut out the second layer shapes of the gems, the bow and the left hand side border. and added them with 1mm sticky dots.
