Printed onto Gloss Photo Paper. DST was used to attach the Topper to a white card. Foam pads were used to add the Decoupage. I randomly stuck Crystal Gems to aspects of the design. I stuck, Gold stick on edging around the edges of the cards. A very elegant design.
