A4 Vintage EleganceCompleted by Tracy Priddle

I used cream speckled card. Going across the middle of the card I mat and layered 2 pieces of card and scalloped the edges and stuck to the main part of the card.

I made this picture into a decoupage and mat and layered onto beige and black card .

I then stuck jewels all around the lady to create a nice effect. Going across the mat and layered pieces of card I stuck flowers and jewels to complete this design.
