I printed this image onto matte photographic paper, I printed it twice so that I could add a raised centre panel, this wasn't necessary just personal choice.

I matted the first base image onto toning yellow card and mounted onto a white card blank.

From the second base image I cut out the centre panel and mounted with foam strips. I constructed the decoupage using silicone glue, applied Glossy Accents to the centre of the flowers and glitter using a glitter pen to the butterfly wings.

Lastly I fixed the sentiment using foam pads and added a toning yellow ribbon and bow.

I love this really cute image, the colours are so vibrant and the general picture so cheerful, it makes a gorgeous card.

I have added a second image in an attempt to show the depth of the decoupage.
