Little Lady in Blue Dress A4 TopperCompleted by Susan Cummings
I printed the sheet twice. The first print was attached to white organza, then onto blue card. Silver peel off was used as a border and on the corners. The 2nd sheet was used so that both the butterfly's could be decoupaged.
Pearl blue gems have been added to centre of flowers.
