I printed the design twice onto quality photo paper, cut out the frame and lady from one and decoupaged them onto the other copy.

I attached it to a gold card and used gold adhesive lace at the top and bottom. Finally I added faux gold gems as shown.

This beautiful image could be used for a variety of cards.
