I printed the design twice onto quality photo paper, cut out the sash and mannequin from one and decoupaged them onto the other copy.

I layered it onto a square kraft card and attached a wooden die-cut mannequin partially over it. To the mannequin I added felt flourishes.

I used black peel-offs to form a border and gold skeleton leaves beside the wood cut-out. Finally I added a faux pearl on the bow. This lovely design would be useful on its own, as I have done or as a great background for a vintage card.
