I reduced the image to print at 6x4". I covered my card with polka dot paper. Embossed some pink holographic card and cut to a similar size as the topper. Wrapped with black lace then placed offset on to the card.

I then mounted the topper offset the other way on to my card. Added gems, stars, a lace knot and a greeting. A gorgeous design for divas of all ages.
