Beautiful Lilac Evening Gown with Purple Roses A4Completed by Chell Sharpe

I matted the image onto silver embossed matt card and then onto emerald green mirror card. I decoupaged the layers with 3D glue gel and embellished with Icicle Stickles on the dress bodice and with Frosted Lace Stickles on the Roses.
