Vintage Lady in Blue Ornate Frame with Roses A4Completed by Christine Easey

I used a pale blue card stock and double printed this to use one as decoupage, carefully layering with foam pads.

Finishing off with a cream silk ribbon and bow, and a silver birthday greeting.
