Oooh very nice design. I printed the sheet twice onto smooth white cardstock - reduced down to two to a page. I cut out the base topper on one print and used the other for decourpage purposes.

I cut out the three lights, the bun of her hair, the dress and the wheel with more visibility. These I mounted with foam tape. I then created a card base out of a silver pearlescent cardstock and adhered the base topper on to it with DST leaving room top and bottom for some bling.

I chose a ready made string of pearls and black diamonds.
