Pretty Lady with Doves and Tulips in Ornate Frame A4Completed by Valerie Spowart

I printed out sheet onto matt photopaper, cut out elements and attached base to blue pearlescent paper, then to white card with DST.

I added decoupage with foam pads, highlighted lady and doved with diamond stickles and finished with silver card candy to corners.

A beautiful design.
