I printed the design on good quality matte photo paper and attached the base to a white, than a blue mat and than to a white card.
I added one of my own sentiments to finish. great easy and quick design, a must for your card box.
I printed this out twice, reducing the size. I cut out the pieces, the second print I cut out the policewoman and her car and used this for decoupage.
I layered the main piece first on to cream then teal card with dst and finally on to a cream card also with dst.
I used foam pads to add the decoupage. I finished off by adding some glitter to the headlights, placed some peel off stars to the corners and a birthday sentiment.
