Pink Fashion Topper 3bCompleted by Marion MacKellar

I printed sheet twice on glossy photo paper. Covered an 8 x 8 card blank with bright pink dotty backing paper and edged it with silver border peel offs and corners.

Mounted the first picture onto the card with dst.

From second sheet I cut out the swirly panel, shoes and white dress and added them to main picture with foam pads.

I glittered the swirls, hem and waistband of the dress and added gems to the flowers on the swirls. I finished card with a pink feather and pearls and Happy Birthday sentiment
