I printed and cut out this file and stuck it on to card stock.

I then made another copy of the bow and pocket and cut that out and stuck in on at the bottom of the pocket with glue and down the edges with sticky tabs so that if the sender wanted to include a voucher/cheque they could insert it in the pocket.
