My Best FriendCompleted by Angela Taylor

I printed this onto a med weight card stock. I cut all the decoupage pieces out and it had a lot. I used foam pads to add the layers onto the base. You can't see it very well but I used a green mirri card to add a matte layer.

This is a really cute card and fun. Easy to cut out and make.
