Just Chillin after the party

Wow! What a night! What a party! This is another very simple but effective topper. I simply printed the design onto good quality white card and cut out all the elements.

I inked the edges of all the decoupage elements, assembled the card using spongy tape and mounted it on to purple starry sky paper.
