I printed the design onto good quality 280gsm photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a card and attached the backing paper Frozen Cup1019452_2338 to the card using double sided tape.
I added the design to the card using thin foam tape.
I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape. I added gems to the centre of the starbursts. I added the greeting using thin foam tape and added two small gems to it too, to complete this gorgeous card.
