Happy birthday - lady in blueCompleted by Engela Conradie
OccasionMiscellaneous/Other / Miscellaneous
I print design onto good quality inkjet paper. I cut out all the elements and layered design onto a white scalloped card with DST. I layered the decoupage onto the design with 3D foam tape. I finished the card off with some glitter.
This is the most stunning card and design.
